This policy explains what information Threevaays AI ("Threevaays", "we") collects when you visit threevaays.com or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Threevaays AI builds AI systems for service businesses. For anything in this policy, contact Vaibbhav Sutar at vaibbhav@threevaay.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, you give your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you choose to write in the notes. Cal.com passes this to us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you write.
- When you browse the site. We do not run advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and this site does not set its own cookies. On the calculator page we count visits and finished calculations ourselves, using a random number that lives only in that browser tab. It is not a cookie and it is not used to identify you. Like every web server, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
The free calculator
You can use the calculator without giving us any personal details. The numbers you type are used to work out your estimate. We keep the business type, country and a count of finished calculations, not your name.
If you ask for the full report, we also get your name, work email, business name and industry, together with the numbers you entered and the estimate we showed you. We use them to make the PDF, email it to you, and follow up about it. We do not add you to a mailing list. The PDF is made on the spot and is not stored.
Why we use it
We use what you give us to prepare for and hold the call, reply to you, and follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Services that handle data for us
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and may set cookies needed for it to work. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- Hostinger hosts the website and its server logs.
- Railway runs the calculator, and Neon stores calculator report requests and visit counts in a database.
- Resend sends the report email you ask for.
These providers may store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect it under their own published policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email details for as long as we are talking or working together, and for up to 24 months after that so we have a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Calculator report requests are kept for up to 24 months. Visit and calculation counts are deleted after 13 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Singapore's PDPA, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
Email vaibbhav@threevaay.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to work with you, and we use providers with standard security controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
